Predictable spec, batch after batch.
Our quality system is not a document — it's a workflow. Every truck of soyabean is sampled at the gate, every batch of meal is tested before dispatch, and every lot ships with a signed CoA.
Audited by the standards that matter
Four checkpoints. Zero surprises.
Gate inspection
Every truck sampled for moisture, damage, FM and foreign grain before unloading.
In-process control
Hourly checks on hexane retention, DT temperature and meal moisture.
Lab release
NIR + wet chemistry for protein, urease, KOH; GC for solvent residue. No batch dispatches without release.
CoA + traceability
Every consignment ships with a signed CoA, batch-traceable back to the truck it came in on.
In-house lab, external audits.
Our lab is equipped for the parameters that matter most to a feed formulator — protein solubility (KOH), urease activity (ΔpH), residual solvent (GC), and mycotoxins (LC-MS on outsourced retention samples). Quarterly ring-testing with external NABL labs keeps our calibrations honest.
Farm-gate to feed-mill.
Every consignment carries a batch code that maps back to the day's crush, the shift, and the source villages the soyabean came from. If a customer ever needs to raise an issue, we can pull the records in minutes — not weeks.
