The Marathwada soyabean belt crushes over 7 million tonnes of soyabean every year. We are not the biggest name here, and we do not want to be. What we want is to be the plant that a serious feed miller — the kind whose FCR depends on us — calls first. That has meant investing in the boring things: better DT toasting, tighter lab controls, cleaner steam, and a supply chain that starts in the farmer's tractor-trolley, not the mandi.
