Eight stages between a bean and a bag.
Our plant is a continuous line — cleaning, cracking, flaking, extraction, desolventising and packing. Every stage is instrumented and every parameter is logged.
Sourcing
Non-GMO soyabean sourced directly from farmer collectives across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra & Rajasthan.
Cleaning & Conditioning
Multi-stage aspiration removes stones, dust and foreign matter; beans are conditioned to optimal moisture.
Cracking & Dehulling
Beans are cracked into 4–6 pieces; hulls separated to produce high-protein meal.
Flaking
Conditioned meats pass through smooth flaking rolls, yielding thin flakes for efficient solvent penetration.
Solvent Extraction
Counter-current extraction with food-grade hexane removes ~99% of the oil.
DT / Desolventiser
Meal is desolventised & toasted to inactivate anti-nutritional factors — hitting target urease & KOH.
Oil Recovery
Miscella distilled to produce crude soyabean oil, ready for refining or direct industrial use.
Bagging & Dispatch
Soyameal bagged in 50 kg / 1 MT PP bags. FSSAI-compliant, batch-traceable dispatch.
Engineered for uptime, not just capacity.
A modern extractor, DT line, in-house 12-TPH biomass boiler, hexane recovery > 99.7%, and a fully-equipped analytical laboratory running NIR, GC and wet-chemistry side-by-side.

Cleaner steam, tighter hexane loop.
Our biomass boilers run on rice husk and soyabean hulls — closing the loop on our own by-products. A redesigned DT tail-gas condenser has cut solvent loss to under 0.7 kg/tonne of seed, well below industry norms. Rooftop solar covers ~18% of admin & lighting load.
